Managed Services Clients Support

If you are a Managed Services Client you can open a ticket by clicking the JYM icon located on the lower right corner of your desktop, on the taskbar; or to manage, open or update tickets click on the button below and sign in to the JYM Client Portal with the credentials given to you by your IT Administrator.

Non-Managed Services Clients Support

If you are not a Managed Services Client yet, please fill in the form below and as soon as we get it, we will open a ticket and a IT Specialist will contact you.
